Job description:
Job Specific Accountabilities
Manages transactions done by finance departments to ensure they comply with policies and procedures.
Supervises and prepares monthly, quarterly, annual, or ad-hoc reports to senior management to ensure smooth communication and continuous feedback.
Conducts the analysis of new launch products to ensure that the selection is profitable and that finances are on track as per the budget.
Performs the analysis of variances between actual and budget figures in order to present to management
Manages and oversees the reconciliation of ledgers to ensure that all payments have been accounted and posted properly.
Analyses and prepares reports in order to present higher levels of management and influence their decisions.
Manages and reports all potential asset allocations in terms of new products to ensure securing and selecting the best product.
Supervises and reports the performance of all products in terms of expenses to confirm compliance with strategic business goals
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or any related field.
Minimum Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience in Finance including at least 2 years of progressive managerial experience
