Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant (ACC) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, analyzing financial data, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Record and classify financial transactions accurately.
Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
Reconcile financial discrepancies and resolve any issues.
Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Maintain general ledger accounts and sub-ledgers.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Verify and process invoices and expense reports.
Conduct regular financial audits and reviews.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Proven experience in accounting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
