Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing customer service, handling reservations, and offering travel consultation services to clients on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
- Experience in Travel Arrangements and Customer Service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of booking systems and reservations software
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
