Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Ticketing Agent located in Amman, Jordan. The Reservations Ticketing Agent will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to reservations, customer service, sales, and communication within the travel and tourism industry.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Reservation and Sales processes
- Knowledge of Travel & Tourism industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in relevant reservation and ticketing systems
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent
