Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Amman for a Site Admin / Soft FM. The Site Admin will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of soft services team , coordinating site activities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Duties will include managing staff, handling customer inquiries, conducting site inspections, and managing administrative tasks including HR.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Training skills relevant to staff development
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and MSO
- Previous experience in facilities management or a related field is preferred
- proven experience in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field
