Job Title: Chief Of Staff / CEO Assistant
Objective of the Role
Provide administrative and strategic support to the CEO by overseeing and executing projects and initiatives, coordinating efforts across departments, and delivering the necessary information and analyses to facilitate decision-making. This role contributes to achieving the company's strategic goals and improving overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
Tracking Strategic Projects and Initiatives:
· Monitor the implementation of projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution.
· Prepare and regularly update timelines and work plans.
· Assess and report on the performance and achievements of projects.
· Deliver periodic updates to the CEO on project progress.
Internal Coordination and Communication:
· Facilitate communication between the CEO and department heads.
· Attend meetings with or on behalf of the CEO, documenting outcomes.
· Follow up on decisions and recommendations from meetings.
Administrative Support for the CEO:
· Handle official correspondence and documents.
· Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
Research and Analysis:
· Gather and analyze information on specific topics and issues.
· Prepare analytical reports and provide data-driven recommendations.
· Offer constructive feedback to the CEO.
Representing the CEO:
· Represent the CEO in meetings and events as needed.
· Build professional relationships with internal and external parties.
Improving Operations and Procedures:
· Identify opportunities to enhance internal operations and propose improvements.
· Develop authority matrices and organizational procedures.
· Contribute to reducing bureaucracy and accelerating task completion.
Monitoring Performance and Executive Goals:
· Track and oversee the achievement of executive department goals.
· Ensure alignment with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
