We are looking to expand our team and are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketing Representative with a fresh graduate background in IT.
Position Overview:
As a Telemarketing Representative, you'll drive sales by making outbound calls, introducing our products, and guiding prospects through the purchasing process. Your IT background will help you effectively communicate both technical and non-technical aspects of our offerings to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our IT solutions/products.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting over the phone, using your IT knowledge to resolve issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest products, services, and technology trends.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strong understanding of IT systems, software, and technology products.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of telesales and technology.
- Previous experience in telesales or customer service is a plus but not required.
