Grape Village Hotel is looking for a Night Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth front desk operations and providing excellent guest service during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcoming and assisting guests with check-in and check-out
• Handling reservations, inquiries, and guest requests
• Managing night audits and daily reports
• Ensuring the security and smooth operation of the hotel during night shifts
Requirements:
• Previous experience in hotel reception or customer service is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities efficiently
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Availability for night shifts
