Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive After-Sales Coordinator to join our Service Center team. The ideal candidate will manage supplier communication, track product defect ratios, handle vendor claims, and forecast spare parts to support efficient after-sales service operations. This role is key to maintaining supplier relationships and ensuring high service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Supplier & Vendor Management
- Serve as the primary contact for suppliers regarding after-sales issues
- Manage communication on defective products, warranty claims, and replacements
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve disputes and follow up on open claims
Quality & Defect Management
- Monitor and analyze product defect ratios
- Report findings to management and suggest quality improvements
- Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to reduce defect rates
Vendor Claims & Warranty Handling
- Process, document, and track all vendor and warranty claims
- Ensure timely resolution of claims and settlements in coordination with the Finance team
- Maintain accurate records of claims, communications, and resolutions
Spare Parts Forecasting & Inventory Management
- Analyze service request trends to accurately forecast spare part needs
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to maintain appropriate stock levels
- Mitigate inventory shortages or overstocking through proactive planning
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Generate regular reports on defect ratios, claim statuses, and spare part availability
- Support process improvement initiatives in after-sales operations
- Assist in defining and tracking KPIs related to service quality and response
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in after-sales, service coordination, or similar roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the home appliances or electronics industry
- Knowledge of warranty claim procedures and spare parts management
