We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products/services, and generating leads to support our sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
- Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Provide information to customers about products, services, and promotions.
- Handle objections and answer questions to facilitate sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships with potential clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales (Fresh are welcome to apply )
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong persuasive skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or related field is a plus.
