Position Overview
Serve as the main point of contact of key clients, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction. This role will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing communication strategies, managing all aspects of the project lifecycle. A deep understanding of clients' businesses, industry trends, and the competitive landscape is essential for success in this position.

- Deeply understand client’s business to develop strategic communications & innovation plans
- Motivate account members, positive environment, and growth opportunity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, maintaining strong relationships.
- Provide solutions and support to the marketing and creative teams for urgent tasks or campaigns.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing communication campaigns for clients, coordinating with the team to ensure successful execution.
- Oversee, assess, and track the monthly reports and KPIs in collaboration with the team, ensuring alignment with client projects.
- Collaborate with the business development team to create compelling proposals and pitch presentations.
- Contribute to the agency’s growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding client relationships.
- Assist in planning and supporting the Business Development department's growth strategy and improvements of Sudace.
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure creativity, strategic, and innovative marketing campaigns.
- Guide and provide strategic directions for the development of content, campaigns, and communication strategies.
- Manage day-to-day (daily catch up) operations of the Jordan office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency of the internal process.
- Implement processes that enhance team productivity and project delivery.
- Oversea the financials management accounts and upselling.
- Regular updates with the business director of daily operations along with monthly report.
Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in marketing communications, account management, or related fields.Strong leadership and team management skills.Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies & campaigns.
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Experience in business development and proposal writing is a plus.
