Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Supervisor (Medical Background) located in Amman, Jordan. The Call Center Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily call center operations, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and managing a team of call center agents. The role includes monitoring call activities, providing performance feedback, and implementing improvement strategies. The Supervisor will also handle escalated customer inquiries, analyze call center metrics, and ensure compliance with medical standards and regulations.

- Relevant medical background and understanding of healthcare services
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
