Oversee

Collaborate
with instructors to optimize course
structure, content quality, and delivery.
Monitor instructor performance and provide
feedback to enhance engagement and teaching effectiveness.
Ensure content growth aligns with platform
goals and student learning needs.
Platform Engagement & Student Support
Track and
analyze student engagement trends,
providing insights to improve platform interaction.
Work
closely with instructors and support teams to enhance user experience.
Manage and
respond to student inquiries, concerns,
and feedback to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Implement
strategies to increase student retention
and course completion rates.
Operational Oversight & Reporting
Maintain records
of course uploads, instructor activity,
and content performance.
Generate reports and insights to improve
platform operations and content effectiveness.
Coordinate
with technical teams to resolve
platform-related issues affecting course delivery or student access.
Required
Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in education technology, platform operations,
or content management.
Strong
knowledge of learning management systems
(LMS) and digital content workflows.
Experience
in instructor coordination and content
quality control.
Excellent analytical skills to assess engagement
metrics and performance data.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
to interact with instructors and students.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple operational tasks efficiently
