We are seeking a strategic and visionary Corporate Innovation & Growth Opportunities Lead to drive innovative initiatives and identify new growth opportunities within our organization. This role will be pivotal in shaping our approach to corporate innovation, fostering a culture of creativity, and ensuring alignment with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in innovation management, business development, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Innovation Strategy: Develop and implement a corporate innovation strategy that aligns with the company's vision and goals.
- Opportunity Identification: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, technologies, and potential growth opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including R&D, marketing, and operations, to foster collaboration and drive innovative projects.
- Project Management: Lead and manage innovation projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote innovative initiatives and gather insights.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of innovation initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Training & Development: Facilitate workshops and training sessions to cultivate a culture of innovation and encourage creative thinking among employees.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on innovation progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in innovation management, business development, or strategic planning, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in project management methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends relevant to the industry.
