Role Description The Director of Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, responsible for overseeing daily operational activities across the company. This role includes managing end-to-end processes in production, supply chain, and distribution to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and consistent product quality. The Director of Operations will lead and develop cross-functional teams, implement operational policies, monitor performance metrics, and coordinate with other departments to support strategic goals. Additional responsibilities include overseeing budgets, optimizing resource allocation, enhancing customer service operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in line with the brand’s growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization and supply chain coordination.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making, performance measurement, and problem-solving.
- Candidates should possess effective Team Management capabilities, including leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Candidates should possess experience in Budgeting, financial planning, and cost control in an operational environment.
- Candidates should possess a customer-focused mindset and Customer Service skills to support a high-quality brand experience.
- Proven experience in operations leadership, preferably within cosmetics, FMCG, or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work on-site in Amman, and capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
