We are looking for a talented Coordinator, Warehouse to join us. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify materials and ensure proper documentation.
- Issue and deliver materials to the production department according to requirements.
- Ensure proper storage, organization, and identification of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Conduct and coordinate periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure all warehouse transactions are accurately recorded in the ERP system.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and organization within the warehouse.
- Coordinate with Production and other relevant departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, warehouse standards, and safety requirements.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications and requirements outlined below:
Education:
- Diploma degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse operations, preferably within a manufacturing or prod
- uction environment.
Additional Requirements:
- Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling procedures.
- Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience using ERP systems is required.
- Ability to work on shifts.
