What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a sales leader who is willing to get involved directly.

- Fixing objection handling.
- Increasing call volume.
- Improving follow-up.
- Coaching a specific salesperson.
- Reviewing the target customer.
- Joining an important call.

- Sales representatives become stronger closers over time.
- Daily sales activity remains high and disciplined.
- Conversion rates continuously improve.
- Follow-up is systematic and opportunities do not get lost.

Ultimately, this role is accountable for one thing:

We are not looking for someone to simply manage sales activity.
We are looking for someone who can build a team that closes.
