As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) supporting the Medical and Life departments, to ensure our operations meet regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Role Overview
In this role, you will support the growth of the Medical and Life Department’s business targets by building strong client relationships, ensuring high service standards, and identifying new business opportunities. You will engage with clients through regular communication and field visits while supporting day-to-day administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow the medical and life portfolio.
- Client Relationship Management: Build, develop, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with direct clients.
- Client Engagement: Conduct regular field visits and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Product Promotion & Cross-Selling: Promote and cross-sell medical and life insurance products to existing and potential clients.
- Strategy Support: Support the development and implementation of strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Contract Negotiation: Participate in contract negotiations and assist in finalizing agreements with clients.
- Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Administrative Management: Handle all administrative tasks and documentation related to policies, renewals, and client service.
- Account Monitoring: Monitor client accounts and ensure timely follow-up on renewals, endorsements, and collections.
Who You Are
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years in insurance, sales, or customer relationship management (preferably in medical or life insurance).
Technical Skills:
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software applications.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Strong computer literacy and attention to data accuracy.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
