About the RoleZaya Jewelry is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Accountant to join our central finance team full-time at our Main Office. Operating directly under Executive Management, this position oversees daily sales reconciliations, petty cash auditing, accounts payable, statutory compliance, inventory variance analysis, and payroll record administration across our retail and central operations.

5.Inventory Loss Reconciliation & Audit Support
- Audit Balance Reconciliation
- Variance Analysis
6.Financial Archiving & Reporting Support
- Document Retention

Qualifications & RequirementsMust-Have Qualifications- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related financial field.
- Location & Focus: Full-time, on-site availability at the Main Office location in Um Uthaina, Amman, with 100% exclusive professional focus.
- Systems Proficiency: Hands-on experience working with accounting software, ERP platforms (e.g., Shopify ERP), Excel/Google Sheets, and HR/payroll portals (ZenHR).
- Tax & Statutory Knowledge: Solid working knowledge of local tax regulations, VAT (ضريبة المبيعات) invoice compliance, and statutory Social Security withholdings.
- Analytical Precision: High numerical accuracy, sharp attention to detail, and methodical record-keeping skills.
Preferred Qualifications- 1–2 years of accounting experience in retail, multi-branch, or luxury e-commerce environments.
- Familiarity with inventory reconciliation, POS sales batching, and petty cash auditing.
