A leading FMCG company in Jordan is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Associate to join its team in Amman.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities across different functions.
- Manage high-volume hiring requirements.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Support employer-branding and talent-pipeline initiatives.
- Ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment is highly preferred.
- HR-related professional certifications are an advantage.
- Advanced English communication skills are essential.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
