Al Mazraa Dairy is scaling up — and we're looking for someone to help shape how the organization works, while also keeping the operational backbone running smoothly across our head office, factory, and retail locations.
This is a broad role built around three things: leading our organizational development, owning core HR, and managing general administration — facilities, licensing, and vendor coordination — across all company sites.

🔹 Facilities, licensing, and administrative oversight across all company locations
What we're looking for:
✅ Real experience building organizational and people systems — not just running existing ones
✅ Solid grounding in Jordanian labor law and HR fundamentals
✅ Comfortable managing both strategic work and practical, operational follow-through
✅ Excellent judgment and discretion — this role sits close to leadership and sensitive decisions
✅ Bilingual Arabic/English
