About the role.
Four Winters is looking for a Junior People & Operations Specialist to support teams and improve daily operations across Four Winters and other High Ground brands.
This is a field-based role. You’ll spend time in branches and production spaces, identify what needs attention, and follow improvements through.
Responsibilities.
- Support employee development, engagement, and performance across branch and production teams.
- Screen and interview candidates for kitchen, production, and branch roles.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess operations and address challenges.
- Develop and improve internal systems, procedures, and operational standards.
- Train and guide employees, set clear expectations, and monitor progress.
- Support performance management and address workplace conduct issues fairly and consistently.
- Work with managers and teams to improve efficiency and accountability.
Qualifications.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, operations, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confidence in giving feedback, addressing problems, and holding people accountable.
- An organized, practical approach to solving problems.
- Initiative and consistent follow-through.
- Willingness to work on-site and visit branches regularly.
- Experience in F&B or hospitality is a plus.
