Job Title: Food & Beverage Manager

Job Summary:
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all F&B operations across the hotel — including restaurants, outlets, banquets, and kitchen coordination — ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and profitability in line with Opal Hotel's five-star standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all F&B operations, outlets, and banquet services
- Develop and implement F&B strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Lead, supervise, and develop outlet managers and F&B staff
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and P&L for the entire F&B department
- Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Coordinate with the culinary team on menu development and quality standards
- Monitor inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships
- Handle guest feedback and complaints at a departmental level
- Ensure consistent five-star service standards across all F&B touchpoints
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Food & Beverage within the hospitality sector
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Lebanese restaurants, preferably within reputable or high-volume establishments
- Prior experience in a managerial role within 5-star hotel properties
- Strong leadership, financial, and multi-outlet management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Lebanese cuisine, restaurant operations, service standards, and guest expectations
