Accountabilities & Key Roles:
- Provide strategic leadership and global oversight for the Facilities Management (FM) department, including hard and soft services, security, and health and safety (QHSE).
- Develop, implement, and monitor global policies, procedures, standards, and budgets for all FM activities, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of all facility services (maintenance, security, safety, cleaning, pest control, waste management, landscaping, hospitality, and related areas) across all locations.
- Lead the selection and management of external service providers, including the development and monitoring of KPIs, performance contracts, and the RFP/RFI/RFQ process.
- Direct upgrades, modifications, and optimization initiatives for facilities, leveraging advanced technologies to enhance operational performance and sustainability.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary FM team, fostering a culture of quality, safety, and continuous development.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university.
Experience:
- 15 years of experience in a related field, including 10 years in a Facilities management role
Competencies:
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Advanced planning and organizational abilities
- Technical expertise in banking and FM systems
- Knowledge of FM and ISO standards
- Performance management under pressure
