Key Responsibilities
🎯 Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
- Monitor daily sales performance and implement action plans
- Drive promotional activities and maximize revenue opportunities
- Analyze KPIs and sales reports to improve results
🏬 Branch Stability & Operations
- Oversee all daily store operations
- Ensure profitability through cost control and inventory management
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
- Ensure store safety, organization, and smooth workflow
🧸 Merchandising Excellence
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards
- Ensure proper stock rotation and replenishment
- Lead seasonal and promotional displays
- Keep the store attractive, organized, and customer-friendly
👥 Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and supervise branch employees
- Set performance goals and conduct evaluations
- Motivate and develop staff to achieve high performance

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of retail management experience
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
