Safad Tech — General Manager
Job Overview: Responsible for the overall business operations and strategic development of Safad Tech, coordinating business segments including IT infrastructure, network and information security, cloud services, technical consulting, and web services, driving customer growth, project delivery, team building, and long-term profitability. This position requires both business management skills and an understanding of the IT industry, enabling the transformation of the company's technological capabilities into sustainable business growth. Safad Tech's external positioning is to provide enterprise clients with comprehensive solutions encompassing IT infrastructure, networking, security, cloud services, and technical consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the company's annual and long-term business development strategies.
Overall responsibility for the company's daily operations, financial goals, business growth, and operational performance.
Manage the IT infrastructure, networking, security, cloud services, and technical consulting business units.
Build and maintain relationships with key enterprise clients and strategic partners.
Responsible for key client development, business negotiations, contract management, and long-term client maintenance.
Supervise the implementation progress, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction of large-scale IT projects.
Establish standardized project delivery, customer service, and internal operational processes.
Recruit, develop, and manage the technical, sales, and administrative teams.
Set sales targets, revenue targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify new market opportunities, including in areas such as cybersecurity, cloud computing, IT infrastructure, and digital transformation.
Work with the technical team to ensure the company's solutions meet customer business needs.
Report regularly to the board of directors/owners on operational performance, financial results, and strategic progress.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, MBA, or a related field.
8–12 years of experience in the IT, technical services, systems integration, or enterprise services industry.
3–5 years of experience at the senior management, operations management, or general manager level.
Familiar with IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud computing, and cybersecurity technologies.
Strong skills in enterprise customer development, business negotiation, and contract management.
Experience in budget management, financial analysis, and P&L (profit and loss) management.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing technical personnel.
Strong strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent English communication skills; able to conduct business in an international client environment.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Jordanian local enterprise market or the Middle East IT market.
