The candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of the ERP system, including HCM, SCM and Finance, playing a focal point of contact between the vendor team and the business department stakeholders, understanding the configurations implemented by the vendor during implementation period, and providing ongoing functional support to ensure smooth operations post go live. This role combines project coordination, business process analysis, and user training with troubleshooting and system optimization.
Job Description
Pre-Operational Phase (2026–2027)
Post-Opening Phase (2027+)
- Lead ERP deployment.
- Analyze business processes and gather requirements from stakeholders.
- Understand the configurations done by the vendor (finance, HR, supply chain).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Support the training of the end users as needed.
- Managing any new change request.
- Provides 2nd line of support, if super users are unable to resolve the issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related technical and functional issues.
- Control the application change management process.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity.
- Lead the ERP upgrades, patches, and testing.
- Document support processes and maintain knowledge base articles.
- Conduct user training sessions and workshops.
- Create clear documentation for processes and workflows.
Qualifications And Experience
Communication
To coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
ERP implementation
Solid experience in SAP S/4HANA ERP or Oracle Fusion in minimum 2 out of the 3 functional areas: HCM, SCM and Finance.
Usage and integration of IT system
Experience connecting ERP with other 3rd party systems such as Hospital Information system, Student Information system, HR, or others.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA ERP or Oracle Fusion in minimum 2 out of the 3 of the functional areas: HCM, SCM and Finance.
- ERP experience in healthcare is a must.
- Previous ERP implementation experience is a must.
- Project management and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of data migration, system integration, and SQL/database management is a plus.
