Bridge International for Academic Services, Jordan’s leading institution for studying abroad, is seeking an experienced Visa Specialist to join its team in Amman.
This position is intended exclusively for candidates with substantial hands-on experience in visa processing and consultation. The successful candidate must be capable of managing complex visa cases with accuracy, confidence, professionalism, and an exceptional standard of client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage visa applications from initial assessment through document preparation, submission, follow-up, and final decision.
- Handle student, business, and travel visa applications for major international destinations.
- Assess applicants’ circumstances and advise them on visa requirements, supporting documents, processing timelines, and embassy procedures.
- Review application documents carefully to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Prepare applicants for visa interviews and provide clear guidance throughout the entire process.
- Monitor changes to immigration regulations, embassy requirements, and visa policies.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and professionally organised records for all visa cases.
- Communicate effectively with applicants, embassies, visa application centres, and relevant external parties.
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience in visa processing, visa consultancy, immigration services, or a closely related field is essential.
- Strong knowledge of student, business, and travel visa procedures across multiple countries.
- Proven ability to manage complex applications and identify potential issues before submission.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational ability, and professional judgement.
- Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines efficiently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and client care.
