Key Responsibilities:
✅ Maintenance Operations Management
- Lead and oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) maintenance activities across facilities.
- Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to ensure optimal system performance.
- Monitor and improve the reliability, efficiency, and lifespan of MEP equipment and assets.
✅ Technical Expertise
- Manage maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Generators, Pumps, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Analyze recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Review technical reports, maintenance schedules, and operational procedures to ensure best practices.
✅ Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, safety standards, and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments of MEP systems.
- Maintain documentation related to maintenance records, statutory requirements, and safety compliance.
✅ Budget & Resource Management
- Prepare and manage annual maintenance budgets and operational expenses.
- Optimize maintenance costs through effective planning, resource utilization, and vendor management.
- Manage procurement of spare parts, maintenance materials, and service contracts.
✅ Team Leadership
- Supervise and mentor maintenance engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
- Assign work schedules and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
- Conduct technical training and performance evaluations to enhance team capabilities.
✅ Vendor & Contractor Management
- Coordinate and manage external contractors and service providers.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to agreed service levels.
- Review maintenance contracts and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
Skills & Competencies:
🎓 Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
📌 Experience: 8–10 years of experience in MEP maintenance or facilities management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
🛠 Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection Systems, BMS, and Facility Management.
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
