📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating and processing purchase orders (POs) for domestic operations
• Support cost-saving initiatives by researching supplier pricing and alternative sourcing options
• Help prepare materials for supplier negotiations and track negotiation outcomes
• Participate in evaluating and qualifying outside suppliers
• Assist with inventory monitoring and flagging reorder requirements
• Maintain and update purchasing records, logs, and databases
• Communicate with domestic suppliers regarding order status, lead times, and discrepancies
• Support the purchasing team with day-to-day administrative tasks and reporting
✅ Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
