Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused, and results-driven Salon Co-ordinator to oversee the daily operations of a premium salon. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer service, lead and motivate the salon team, manage business performance, and maintain the highest standards of service, hygiene, and professionalism.
The Salon Co-ordinator will be responsible for improving client satisfaction, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Oversee the daily operations of the salon and ensure efficient workflow.
Ensure all salon services are delivered according to company standards.
Monitor appointment scheduling and maximize chair utilization.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards throughout the salon.

Team Management
Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise hairstylists, beauticians, therapists, and reception staff.
Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.

Qualifications
