At Voadera, every recovered unit counts. In ecommerce, inventory goes missing, gets damaged, or ends up in the wrong place every single day. Every unit we fail to recover is money left on the table.
If you enjoy solving problems, investigating discrepancies, and seeing a case through to resolution, this role is for you.
What you'll do:
• Audit Amazon and internal shipments.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies from start to finish.
• Submit and track reimbursement claims.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting.
• Help improve processes that reduce inventory loss.
We're looking for someone who:
• Has experience in ecommerce or Amazon operations.
• Is highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Learns new tools and systems quickly.
• Takes ownership and follows through until every case is resolved.
