Position Overview
The ideal candidate will oversee all warehouse activities — ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials and finished products. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on operational experience, and attention to detail to maintain smooth warehouse flow and inventory accuracy.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure proper organization and labeling of materials to maintain efficient storage and retrieval.
- Oversee warehouse team performance, assign tasks, and monitor productivity and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and procurement departments to ensure timely material availability.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, reconcile stock discrepancies, and update records in ERP/WMS systems.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment following company and safety standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse performance and stock movement.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and recommend process optimizations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse supervision experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse safety procedures.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
