Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain program governance, reporting, planning, and control frameworks.
• Maintain integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Manage program RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) registers.
• Prepare executive dashboards, program status reports, and Steering Committee materials.
• Coordinate activities across business, technology, vendor, and implementation workstreams.
• Track program progress and escalate risks, issues, and delays as required.
• Support vendor evaluation, selection, implementation, and program mobilization activities.
• Monitor program deliverables, decisions, action items, and governance compliance.
• Support budgeting, resource planning, and vendor coordination activities.
• Ensure program documentation is maintained and up to date.
Experience & Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in information technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 5 - 8 years of experience in PMO, project management, program coordination, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience within banking or financial services is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting large-scale banking transformation programs, core banking projects, or enterprise-wide technology initiatives is highly desirable.
• Previous involvement in at least one core banking implementation, upgrade, migration, or transformation program is preferred.
• Experience working with external vendors, system integrators, and consulting organizations is desirable.
Core Banking Knowledge
• Good understanding of core banking operations, products, and processes.
• Familiarity with core banking transformation program lifecycle and governance requirements.
• Knowledge of the current banking application landscape, including integrations, channels, and supporting systems.
• Exposure to ICS Banks or similar core banking platforms is considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of leading Tier-1 core banking platforms is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities within core banking transformation programs.
Certifications (Preferred):
• PMP
• PRINCE2
• Agile or Scrum certifications
• PMO-related certifications
