What you’ll do:
• Reach out to potential business owners and pitch tailored marketing solutions (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Content, Branding)
• Hit a clear monthly target: 3-4 new signed clients per month
• Build and manage an ongoing outreach pipeline (LinkedIn, referrals, partnerships)
• Work directly with the CEO to shape proposals and pricing per client
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or B2B sales, preferably within marketing or digital agencies
• Practical understanding of digital marketing solutions (you don’t need to execute campaigns, but you need to understand what the agency can offer)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, in both Arabic and English
• Proven track record of hitting sales/growth targets (KPIs)
Compensation: Base salary + commission per signed client (details discussed in interview)
