Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, based in Amman. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closure. This includes generating leads, presenting solutions, providing client training, offering excellent customer service, and monitoring post-sales activities. The role also involves working closely with the team to strategize and execute sales initiatives effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with an ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with experience in closing deals and achieving targets
- Ability to provide Training and tailored solutions to clients to address their specific needs
- Self-motivated with strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in technology or AI-based products is an advantage
