Role Description The Regional Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, responsible for expanding Vigil AI’s presence in the regional market. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and developing outreach strategies to drive growth. The specialist will build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients, present Vigil AI’s solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings to regional needs. Responsibilities also include managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, supporting contract negotiations, and providing ongoing customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The role requires close coordination with marketing and product teams to align local market feedback with overall business strategy.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proven experience in Market Research to understand regional trends and identify opportunities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills and a customer-focused mindset to build relationships and present solutions effectively.
- Candidates should possess solid Lead Generation capabilities and familiarity with sales or business development processes to drive consistent pipeline growth.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support clients, address concerns, and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Experience in B2B technology, security, AI, or SaaS solutions is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts and tasks, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with comfort engaging stakeholders at different organizational levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic, and familiarity with the regional market in Amman and surrounding areas.
