Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role, mid-level, located in Amman, for a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst. This role is focused on budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, cost controlling, and business performance analysis. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
1. Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2. Has 1–4 years of experience in FP&A or similar finance roles.
3. Has prior experience within manufacturing or industrial environments.
4. Is highly skilled in financial modelling, budgeting, and variance analysis.
5. Has strong experience in Power BI, dashboard development, and data visualization.
6. Is proficient in advanced Excel and familiar with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
7. Can translate complex financial data into clear business insights.
8. Has strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
9. Can work independently and manage tight deadlines effectively.
