We're Hiring: Junior Business Development We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Business Development to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or a candidate with up to one year of experience who is eager to build a successful career in business development and sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in identifying and developing new B2B business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Support sales meetings, presentations, and client communications.
- Follow up on leads and assist in converting opportunities into sales.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and successful project execution.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Experience or knowledge in hardware, mobility, or enterprise IT solutions is an advantage.
