Description
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and commercially minded Marketing Strategy & GTM Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for developing go-to-market strategies, creating innovative marketing campaigns, managing product launches, overseeing events from concept to execution, analyzing performance data, and transforming insights into impactful marketing initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop quarterly and annual marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead GTM strategies for product launches, services, and market expansions.
- Create and execute integrated online and offline campaigns.
- Develop innovative, non-traditional marketing concepts and activations.
- Own all events from concept to execution including conferences, exhibitions, webinars, workshops, executive roundtables, sponsorships, and product launches.
- Manage event budgets, vendors, logistics, photographers, videographers, and production teams.
- Analyze campaign, website, content, and event performance.
- Transform marketing insights into actionable campaigns and business recommendations.
- Build executive-level reports and dashboards.
- Review and approve blogs, newsletters, mailshots, campaign messaging, social content, and marketing assets.
- Monitor marketing trends, AI innovations, and emerging technologies.
- Coordinate internal teams, agencies, freelancers, and external partners.
- Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Strategy, GTM, Campaign Management, Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, or related roles.
- Proven experience developing and executing successful GTM strategies and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Proven experience managing events and brand activations from concept to execution.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, campaign reporting, and performance measurement.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and marketing reporting tools.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategic marketing initiatives.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated creativity and ability to develop innovative campaign concepts.
- Experience working within a B2B SaaS environment.
Prefered Qualifications
- Experience developing and executing GTM strategies within Saudi Arabia (KSA) and GCC markets.
- Experience launching products or services across multiple GCC countries.
- Google Analytics Certification and/or other Google Marketing Platform certifications.
- Experience within HR Technology, SaaS, AI, Enterprise Software, or Technology sectors.
- Experience managing regional or international marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and emerging digital trends.
