Accountabilities & Key Roles :
- Participate in developing and implementing infrastructure assurance strategies for detecting infrastructure changes and ensure compliance with related policies and procedures
- Participate in assessing and evaluating existing infrastructure to identify potential risks and areas for improvements and monitor closing gaps across all Arab Bank plc
- Participate in Infrastructure impact assessments
- Participate in different systems and technologies enhancements initiatives and monitor gaps closures
- Participate in infrastructure capacity management sessions across all platforms and technologies in Arab Bank plc
- Participate in different systems and technologies enhancements initiatives and monitor gaps closures

- Participate in preparing regular reports on infrastructure performance to senior management
- Follow up with different related parties on implementing the developed detection strategies
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT operations, with a focus on infrastructure domains.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with databases Administration (SQL , Oracle and DB2).
- Proven ability to read, interpret, and analyze database logs and change records.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to document findings and report analysis clearly.
- Linux and AIX Knowledge is plus.
