We are hiring a Floor Supervisor in Kabs Underground
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise the gym floor and ensure the safe use of equipment.
* Follow up on gym equipment maintenance and ensure the facility is always operational and well-maintained.
* Maintain cleanliness and overall facility readiness.
* Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
* Train clients and provide professional fitness guidance when required.
* Support members and handle inquiries professionally.
* Promote classes, services, and memberships.
* Oversee membership sign-ups and renewals.
* Organize events and member engagement activities.
* Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to improve operational efficiency.
* Prepare reports on gym operations, usage, sales, and revenue.
* Increase gym sales through marketing and promotional strategies.
* Perform any additional duties related to gym operations and management as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in physical education or related field.
* 3+ years of experience as a Gym Supervisor.
* Strong communication & organizational skills.
