Accountabilities & Key Roles:
- Deliver work packages within the assigned project scope in a timely and cost-effective manner, ensuring alignment with intended business results and under the guidance of the Project Delivery Manager.
- Participate effectively in end-to-end Projects Delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing activities.
- Support project teams in achieving targeted project outcomes and ensuring smooth transition to steady-state operations.
- Design and implement solutions to address business problems based on collected business requirements and analysis.
- Formulate effective action plans and develop value-added communications to support project delivery and stakeholder alignment.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2-7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, relationship management, or ecosystem roles—preferably in banking, fintech, or consumer sectors.
Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-coordination skills.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall is a plus).
- High attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
