The Director, Business Transformation is responsible for leading the end-to-end transformation agenda across MENA, ensuring that strategy is effectively translated into improved performance, accelerated execution, and sustainable organizational impact.
This role acts as a catalyst for change, identifying and addressing structural inefficiencies, redesigning processes and operating models, and driving initiatives that enhance speed, productivity, and value creation across the business.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Define and operationalize the MENA transformation roadmap aligned with overall strategy
- Redesign operating models to improve decision speed, reduce complexity, and enhance accountability
- Lead process excellence initiatives to drive efficiency and performance improvement
- Establish governance frameworks to track transformation initiatives and ensure execution
- Align KPIs across functions and clusters to support strategic priorities
- Drive cross-functional transformation initiatives across commercial, R&D, finance, and operations
- Lead change management and adoption of new ways of working
- Sponsor and deliver critical strategic initiatives across the business
COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal: MENA Leadership Team, Cluster Heads, Functional Leaders
External: Consultants and transformation partners
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Education: Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
Experience: 15–18+ years in transformation, consulting, or strategy execution roles
Skills: Strong problem solving, stakeholder management, execution focus, and organizational design capabilities
