Are you a Transaction Services, Deals Advisory, or Financial Due Diligence professional looking to take the next step beyond traditional Big 4 engagements?
We are seeking a highly motivated Transaction Advisory Manager to join our growing Deals Advisory practice in Amman. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex M&A transactions, advise investors and corporate clients on strategic acquisitions and divestments, and work alongside senior decision-makers across the Middle East.
You will play a critical role in helping clients evaluate investment opportunities, identify value creation levers, and navigate key transaction risks throughout the deal lifecycle.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead Complex Transaction Engagements
- Manage buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements across multiple sectors.
- Lead analysis of quality of earnings, working capital, cash flows, debt-like items, and transaction-adjusted financial performance.
- Assess financial risks, key deal drivers, and value creation opportunities.
Advise Investors and Corporate Clients
- Support private equity firms, family offices, sovereign investors, and corporate acquirers in evaluating investment opportunities.
- Translate financial findings into practical recommendations that influence transaction strategy and negotiations.
- Present insights directly to senior executives, investment committees, and stakeholders.
Drive Deal Execution
- Coordinate with legal, tax, commercial, and operational advisors throughout the transaction process.
- Support SPA negotiations through working capital, net debt, and financial due diligence findings.
- Contribute to transaction structuring discussions and deal execution activities.
Build Client Relationships
- Develop trusted relationships with clients and key market participants.
- Support business development initiatives, proposal preparation, and thought leadership activities.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling broader advisory services.
Requirements:
- 7–10+ years of experience in Transaction Advisory Services, Deals Advisory, Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Services, M&A Advisory, or related fields.
- Previous experience within a Big 4 accounting firm or leading advisory practice is highly desirable.
- Strong exposure to buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Professional qualification such as CFA,CPA, ACCA, ACA, CFA, or equivalent preferred.
