JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of this role is to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions within Jordan, with a strong focus on proactive sourcing, talent attraction, and building high-quality talent pipelines. The role is responsible for identifying and engaging top talent through multiple sourcing channels, supporting hiring managers, and ensuring an effective and efficient recruitment process aligned with business needs.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned vacancies from sourcing and screening through to offer management and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, workforce needs, and success profiles for each position.
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess qualifications, competencies, and cultural fit.
- Manage offer negotiations and support successful candidate closures.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify talent across multiple channels.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and industry communities to attract high-quality candidates.
- Conduct headhunting activities to engage passive and hard-to-reach talent.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
- Build strong relationships within talent communities and professional networks.
- Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, pipelines, and hiring activity updates.
- Track recruitment progress, sourcing effectiveness, and market insights.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on hiring status and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and internal governance standards.
Educational and Technical Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Language Skills:
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal) — mandatory.
- Arabic language skills are required.
Years of Experience:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Executive Search.
- Previous experience recruiting within the Jordanian market is mandatory.
Nature of Experience:
- Strong experience in proactive sourcing and talent attraction beyond job posting.
- Proven ability to build and manage talent pipelines across multiple functions.
- Solid understanding of the Jordanian labor market and recruitment dynamics.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and sourcing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
