About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Salesman Assistant to support our sales and distribution operations. The successful candidate will assist with product deliveries, merchandising, customer service, inventory management, and other field sales activities. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer focused mindset, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment while supporting the achievement of sales targets and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- 0–2 years of relevant sales, distribution, or customer service experience.
- Valid Category 1 or Category 3 driving license with at least one year of driving experience.
- Good command of Arabic (reading and writing).
- Basic to intermediate English skills (reading and writing).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced field environment.
- Physically fit and able to handle loading, unloading, and merchandising activities.
- Basic computer and mobile device skills.
- Strong teamwork, accountability, and problem solving abilities.
- Flexible and willing to work extended hours based on operational and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Representative in daily sales, distribution, and customer service activities.
- Load, unload, deliver, and merchandise products at customer locations according to company standards.
- Conduct customer visits, collect orders, monitor stock levels, and ensure product availability.
- Remove damaged, expired, or near-expiry products and process returns when required.
- Assist in achieving sales targets, identifying new customers, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Monitor market feedback and competitor activities while performing any additional duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
