Aqaba Development Corporation (ADC), established in 2004, serves as the central development arm of the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA). Owned by the Government of Jordan and ASEZA, ADC is tasked with developing infrastructure, utilities, and essential facilities to support the growth of the Aqaba Special Economic Zone (ASEZ). It manages critical assets, including ports, the airport, and strategic land parcels, with a focus on fostering private sector participation. ADC aims to stimulate economic growth and enhance the development of ASEZ and Jordan as a whole.
Over view
This is a full-time on-site role located in Aqaba, Jordan, The ERP Officer is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the organization's ERP systems to ensure efficient business operations and system reliability. The role works closely with internal departments to provide technical and functional support, resolve system-related issues, assist in process automation, and ensure the effective utilization of ERP applications in alignment with business requirements and organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Support and administer Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to ensure reliable and efficient system operations.
- Provide technical and functional support to ERP users across various business functions.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
- Support Finance, Procurement, Warehouse, CRM, and other ERP modules as required.
- Assist in system testing, upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and User Acceptance Testing.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and business insights using Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Support Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate and Model-Driven Apps.
- Prepare and maintain system documentation, user guides, and operational procedures.
- Deliver user training and support effective adoption and utilization of ERP solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and access management while supporting business process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations) systems support, or related IT roles.
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP administration, basic implementation.
- Professional certifications related to Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP systems, and Power Platform are considered an advantage.
