We are looking for F&B Associates to join our newly launched Airport Hospitality operation, supporting both our Airport Lounge (buffet-style service) and Transit Hotel dining operations.
As an F&B Associate, you will be at the heart of our guest dining experience, ensuring every guest receives high-quality, efficient, and attentive food and beverage service throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional food and beverage service in the Airport Lounge buffet and Transit Hotel dining areas.
- Set up, maintain, and continuously replenish buffet stations according to presentation standards.
- Monitor food quality, temperature, freshness, and display throughout service.
- Assist guests at buffet stations, ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages in the Transit Hotel when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of buffet counters, dining areas, and service stations.
- Follow food safety and HACCP standards at all times.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely replenishment.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback professionally.
- Support POS transactions and billing procedures where applicable.
- Promote menu items and assist in upselling F&B offerings.
- Maintain a professional appearance and service-focused attitude at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or F&B training is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in hotels, buffet restaurants, airport lounges, or catering operations.
- Experience in buffet service or high-volume service environments is an advantage.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional grooming and presentation standards
