Role Description
Sharif Eye Centers is seeking a professional, presentable, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team in Amman. This is a full-time, on-site position.
As the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, the Receptionist is responsible for representing the professionalism, image, and service standards of Sharif Eye Centers.
Key responsibilities include welcoming patients and visitors, managing appointments, coordinating patient flow, handling incoming calls and inquiries, maintaining accurate patient information, and providing administrative support to ensure a smooth and professional front-desk operation.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, or a healthcare environment is preferred.
Previous experience in a medical center or clinic is an advantage.
Professional, well-presented, and well-groomed appearance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to provide patients and visitors with a welcoming and professional experience.
Experience with appointment scheduling and patient coordination.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Ability to communicate professionally over the phone and in person.
Good computer and typing skills with strong attention to accuracy.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to maintaining patient confidentiality.
Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Good command of both Arabic and English is preferred.
